Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery
We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Wherever possible, orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment. Orders are not dispatched on Fridays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer $11.50 flat-rate shipping across Australia for orders up to 5kg. For orders over 5kg, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available and calculated based on the weight of your order. Please note that choosing express shipping does not prioritise your order above others.

Carriers & Tracking
We primarily use Australia Post, and may occasionally use another trusted courier. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Packaging
We take care to wrap and pack each item to protect it in transit. All packaging is biodegradable or compostable, and we reuse boxes and packing materials wherever possible.

Authority to Leave
If you request a parcel be left at your premises, Luminus cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend bath and body products are not left unattended, as weather conditions can affect their quality.

Liability
While we take every precaution, Luminus cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused during transit, or by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
