How to use

Apply approximately 1 tablespoon of SUBSTANTIA to dry or damp hair, concentrating on the lengths and areas that feel fine or fragile.

Comb through to distribute evenly.

Leave for 10–15 minutes, then shampoo as usual. Condition afterwards if desired.

For very fine hair, start with a little less and adjust as needed.

Use once a week, or as needed.
