Shipping policy

We attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, however please note that due to the current situation, there may be delays in the postal system.  

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Luminus Body and Bath offers $9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders up to 5kg Australia wide.                                                     For orders over 5kg we will contact you to advise shipping costs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Express Shipping                                                                                                                                                                                For Express Shipping, costs will be calculated on the weight of the parcel.                                                                            Electing to have Express Shipping does not prioritise your order before anyone else's.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                        Due to delays with Australia Post your delivery may take up to 20 business days from the date of your order.                           The expected delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Public Holidays.

Conditions:

  • Luminus Body and Bath uses Australia Post as our carrier of choice. We may also use a courier service at our discression.
  • You will be provided with a tracking number attached to your order once the order has been dispatched.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is accurate. In the event of a returned parcel, the cost of the order will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred by Luminus Body and Bath.
  • Where possible, orders will be dispatched within 48-hours of receiving payment.
  • We do not dispatch orders on a Friday.

Please note that Luminus Body and Bath cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside our control. We do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss occurred to an order by the supply of incorrect address details or by damage that occurs during shipping.  

Packaging:

We ship using biodegradable/compostable corn-based packing peanuts, paper, cardboard and paper tape. We reuse shipping boxes and materials whenever possible, including recycled satchels.

All possible care will be taken to ensure your order is wrapped and packed safely to limit any chance of contents damage during transit. 

Authority to Leave:

In the event it is requested to have a parcel left at the premises, Luminus Body and Bath will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. Weather conditions can adversely affect items in your order. It is strongly advised not to leave bath and body products unattended. Any items that have been affected from being left unattended will not be replaced or refunded.
